Introducing strobing! Using the Contour Cosmetics Spotlight Palette!

If you want natural looking sun kissed skin (even in a rather gloomy March) then you have come to the right place. This new trend is about natural looking skin, rather than the defined bone structure you get with contouring.

The spotlight highlighter palette is perfect for creating a flawless look as the three shades are amazing for any completion, depending on how defined you want your highlight to be.

'Verve' is perfect for fair skin as the light pink highlight compliments light skin tones. Medium skin tones look best in slightly bronze and gold hues, this would go hand in hand with 'Mink'. Finally darker pinks, bronzes and golds naturally stand out on dark skin tones, this would suit well with the shade 'Clique'.

The first step to creating this look is to apply a little concealer a few shades lighter than your skin tone to the areas that you want to apply your highlighter makeup. This can be Along the cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose & the forehead. After this use your highlighter shade and apply to the same areas. Avoid doing this to, to many areas of your face as it can make your face appear greasy.  Complete this look by applying a little blush to the apples of your cheeks.

The Contour Cosmetics Spotlight palette is now for sale at £20.
