WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Free delivery is available when you spend £50 or more in a single transaction to the UK and choose the Standard Delivery service.
NOTE: This excludes the delivery charge
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept the following payments-
- MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, American Express and PayPal
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We will offer discounts and offers to our new and returning customers from time to time. These discounts will consist of codes to use in the shopping cart section of the site and will be found via our social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Only one code can be used per transaction per customer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can review the status of your order by logging into your account on the website and viewing your order.

HOW LONG SHOULD I LEAVE IT BEFORE CONTACTING YOU ABOUT A MISSING ORDER?
We aim to ship your products within 24 hours of the ordered being received. We will always endeavour to ensure that your products are delivered on time. However, sometimes there may be factors beyond our control that hold up delivery time and CONTOUR COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for such events.
For your information:
An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for:
- 15 working days in the UK.
- 30 working days for delivery to Europe.
- 35 working days for the rest of the world.
So please adhere to these timings before emailing us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately not, so please ensure you review your order carefully before the checkout process.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?
You will receive an email informing you your order has been processed successfully. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour please go to the My Account section of the website and click on My Orders to check the order is present If it is not visible there then please check if the amount has been debited from your account.
WHAT DO I DO IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Contact our Customer Services team and a refund will be put through once we have received a photograph of the damaged item. Any photographs can be emailed to- email@example.com
